Aug 21, 2023 · I have the exact same issue on a 2017 RAV 4 with VIVID 11 head unit. There is a cable that goes from the Canbus to the Car Camera connector and returns a Video Cable (Yellow). I currently have a 170° view camera. I got the PAC VOLT-39 and it got my camera working again, however that leads to issue 2a.
